Had a battery that was dying. Went to AutoZone at 1072 Dam Neck Rd in Virginia Beach, VA. Matt came out in the rain, checked the battery and jumped it. Said it was good and didn’t try to sell us. Jumped us again later. We bought more stuff because he was awesome! Thanks Matt!

This review pertains to the newer AZ on the corner of NolensvilleRD and Old Hickory (Nashville, TN) The sales folks found what I needed in about 20 seconds flat. AZ's prices were a few cents lower than I expected. CS was friendly, and one fellow even installed my low beam bulbs and new Bosch wiper blades! I'm very impressed, and will be their customer from now on.

Just had my battery changed in the Auto Zone on 27th avenue Miami Florida. I had a great experience with Deshawn. He was very nice, funny and got the job done fast. Great experience.

I needed a battery for my car keys I just had programed at Dealer needed new battery the gentleman name Frank Lpinet was a young kid went out of his way to help me and changed the battery for me little things matter as much as big things thanks again. this was on 27th Ave Miami Florida

Today I went to Auto Zone store #602 on Green River Road in Evansville, Indiana. I had dropped my oil cap into the engine while adding oil. The employee quoted me $68 to replace the cap, and unfortunately they had none in stock. He started to look around to see who might have one available and then offered to come out and see if he could find it. He looked around awhile and finally got underneath the car. He reached in and pulled out a very oily hand and oil cap. He washed the cap off for me while I picked out a quart of oil. When I asked him what I owed for his trouble he just suggested I could add on a donation to St. Jude. The individual's name is Donte. He was a class act from beginning to end. He went over and above the call of duty to help me and he saved me 68 bucks! Also, the staff at this store has always been wonderful!

i am a 70 years old with heart problem and when to AutoZone store #4839, and I bought a caving filter for my Honda Odissey when I try to put it on I couldn’t take the glove compartment down so I ask Jonathan Roman he told me to wait a minute he came and took if down and replace my caving filter. I appreciate very much what he did for me. Thanks for having people like him in your store.
