Fantastic service can't praise them highly enough. I'm a bankrupt so didn't really think I'd get finance but I have 😁 Very painless process guy called Lee contacted me after I filled in there online form. Phoned me the next day spoke about what I can afford etc sent me pics of the car I was interested in it looked tidy so said I'd take it picked it up today well pleased drives great very clean inside and out. I was literally 15 minutes in there while the insurance was sorted then given the keys and paper work, drove the car away. Lee is very friendly and professional no pressure sales like when I bought a car from carcraft in Sheffield, 5 hours in there place. The whole process was painless, can't really believe I got finance but these guys sorted it. Keep up the good work. 10 stars from me, well happy 😁

Went in to Autozone today on North Lamar Blvd in Austin and was met by Marcos the store manager. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about my VW big needing a new battery! He was patient and even suggested I call my dealership de any resets were needed. Well, I called and he spoke to them and we found out I did need to have the dealership reset everything. I ended up really wanting to buy from Marcos but it was best for my car to go to VW! I highly recommend this amazing AUTOZONE, Marcus and the team were super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable & efficient! I will definitely go back there and gladly give them my money! I kind of feel like the poor reviews are people who are upset they needed to spend money on there car, and know nothing about it. You go in, buy the part leave, just check the box to see if it's the right part it takes 2 seconds.

I went to AutoZone in Sandy, Utah to get a battery for my daughter's car. Shannon helped us. When we told her how frustrating its been she offered to go out and check our battery she said it didn't sound like the battery was the problem rather it was the alternator. She was right. Turns out it was the wiring. Shannon spotted it right away and saved us alot of money. I will always go to AutoZone for trustworthy advice. It feels good knowing there are good companies that actually care about people.
