I went to the auto zone in university city on a Sunday evening because my check engine light was on. There was a very nice young lady that waited on me. I was later told her name was Shay. She was very well mannered polite and respectful.And I tell that she really does take pride in her work She came right out, ran a diagnostics and told me immediately that it was my gas cap. She removed the cap and placed the rubber piece back on and told me to keep driving and the light will go out on its own in a day or two. She was spot on. I have and will continue to come to this Auto Zone only as long as she is working there. I don’t get that courteousness any where else. Shay you really “ROCK”I wish there were more people like you.

Went to my local autozone recently. The staff was very knowledgable and I didn't feel like they were pushing me to buy stuff I didn't need. Their supply was limited but they ordered parts for me and they arrived in 3 days. Hope the figure out their supply chain.

I recently purchased a battery online and found it difficult to communicate with personnel in local store in Henderson, Nevada to confirm its efficacy for my vehicle. I showed up at store and when tech brought battery out to install in car it was half the size of my battery. Prior to arriving, I had made a formal complaint to corporate regarding the service received on the phone, and fortunately the District Mgr, Jim Zinn happen to be in the store and somehow heard that I was at the store and came out to discover the battery attempting to be installed wasn't close to what I needed. He didn't hesitate to find the appropriate battery and switch them out without charging me the additional cost for the upgraded battery. In the midst of all he had going on with hiring, training several new team members and supervisors, he stayed focused and committed to getting me serviced like a professional. The situation would not have ended well without his expert intervention. A huge thanks to Jim, Donte, the newly hired tech, and Mari who was apologetic and attentive once I arrived at the store.
