AutoZoneReviews of autozone.com

Well, I fell for the old "Get 20% Off Your First Order" scam again. This is a standard hustle where an online store promises a one-time discount in exchange for your email address, but never actually provides the discount either by never sending the promo code or by not honoring it at the time of purchase. In my case the item was a PowerStop KOE2832 brake parts kit. The site rejected the FEBDEAL promo code and the chat agent said "It's not for all things. PowerStop doesn't honor discount codes." I pointed out that PowerStop hadn't offered me the discount, Autozone had, but apparently, Autozone doesn't honor discount offers, either.

The folks at the Norlina, NC store, are good people and do their best to help and at time's go above!. I have been coming to this store for years...The issues I have are with the corp. The store is usually hot in the summer and cold in the winter. The HVAC has major issues!!! The phone system sucks!. The computers have a issues as well, when checking out!. I have spoken to them and they have told me that corp is aware and does nothing to fix the issues. I feel bad for the employees, as they have to work under these conditions. The prices are high to begin with and it seems, there would be plenty of money to fix the issues and make sure, that the customers are comfortable and can easily check or make static free calls. They great employees, there deserve much better pay, than what the company gives them!!!.
