I was in the Orange City, Florida Autozone & received the very best customer service from Daniel C. I needed to change my turn signal on my vehicle & had bought the proper signal & went home to attempt it. I was nervous I may break something so went back to the store. Daniel C came right out & showed me how to remove the two plastic clips & to change my turn signal. I truly appreciated that as I like to be able to do small maintenance on my own. What a great asset Daniel C is the the company & community. Thank you

A few weeks ago I had a bad experience with the auto zone in pikeville tn. We had always bought life time warranty on everything we could for my car. And then to go in there and be told that I did not was very upsetting I went back in today and talk with Ashley Seibers wonder friendly lady she found what they said I did not buy which I knew we did. Thanks so much Ashley for all your help more employees should be as helpful as you were Truely you saved them a customer because I was planning on not returning there for my parts

I had the pleasure of working with a wonderful sales representative at the Davie store #6381. The sales rep who assisted me was Felipe. His customer service was outstanding and he delivered it with a smile. I have never used AutoZone before, but because of the customer service I received from Felipe, I will visit this location again. He was the consummate professional who exceeded my expectations. Thank you Felipe!!

Was in need of a new battery. The store manager was training a new employee while trying to help me with new battery. She was short handed for a few minutes until some more employees arrived. I forget how it was brought up but someone said she was awesome. She commented that it is nice to hear that at least once a day. She rang up my battery and said someone would be out soon to install the new battery and bring in the old one. She accompanied the new employee and explained the safety procedure for replacing batteries. She went back in the store and another employee came out to supervise and explain any questions. The battery was installed, they both thanked me and I was on my way. I called the store and the manager answered. I told her I just called to tell her she had helped me with a battery and she was awesome. She thanked me and said it made her day. So nice to have good customer service.
