They advertise on their website $10 off headlight bulbs if you buy the expensive sylvania bulbs. Details for the offer said valid in store and online. I bought them online for in store pickup, never got the credit, and customer service informed me that buy online pickup in store orders aren’t eligible and there’s nothing they can do for me. I think it’s extremely misleading, as the details for the offer don’t specify that BOPUS orders don’t qualify, and a customer can’t be expected to know that such an order is any different than online or in store orders.

Looking for touch up paint for a 2020…
Looking for touch up paint for a 2020 Subaru Ascent. (Pearl white crystal). While checking on line I found the Autozone closest to me had it in stock (8430 Rosedale Hwy Bakersfield Ca 93312). After driving to the location I found out they didn’t have it in stock even though their computer stated it was available. I then checked on line again and found another store about ten miles away (2461 N. Chester Bakersfield Ca 93308) that listed that it had the paint in stock. Again this location stated their computer showed they have some but apparently it was stolen or not reordered. So after driving about 20 miles I went to a different auto parts store and found what I needed. Your facilities need to do a better job on inventory control and keeping their websites updated so your customers aren’t out on a wild goose chase. I’ll be using the new place (your competitor) from now on.

This store is horrible!!
This store is horrible!!! Went in here, only one person at the counter, there computers are down, he's writing everything down, (way beyond slow, doing more talking than working, can't keep on task, acts like he's not all there) after 10 minutes, tells me cant test my battery, meantime about 3 people have walked out. Left, had to go back get some fuses, girl looks at me, wont wait on me, tells me to go to that same guy, he starts blabbing about computers being down and how there trying to RUN PEOPLE OFF, hey success, will never go in here again. He starts talking about there computer problem, tells me just a minute, he has to fill out this form for each customer, cause computer's down, stands there putting a date on each of the papers, ignoring the facts i want checked out. GET SOME REAL HELP THAT KNOWS WHAT THERE DOING, IF COMPUTERS DOWN, DONT WASTE MY TIME, LOCK DAM DOOR

Rude and Hostile Workers
I entered auto zone and saw a section the said "batteries" so I approached who appeared to be the manager and starts yelling at me stating and pointing in another direction for me to get in line at the register. He was rude throughout the process and so was another one of his workers. Both men were Latino. I'm not sure if racial discrimination against me was a factir, but it felt like it. They quoted me a $250 battery price, stated they couldn't install it even if I purchased it and it would be scheduled to arrive the next day. They didn't have the battery and my car needed a jump. They made a fuss about how they don't give jumps because that's not their job. Finally, one of the younger guys named Chris gave me a jump and I paid him $10. I haven't driven in a while, first day in over five years. I needed a jump a few years ago from a citizen in a parking lot and they were more decent than these two men at auto zone. Auto Zone needs to fire that entire staff and start over. I'm a female vet, and I traveled all over the world. Never had the problems that I experienced at this auto zone. Needless to say, I won't be back to any auto zone. If staff are unable to be decent to customers because of the customers ethnic/racial background then they should be fired. To anyone else needing supplies for their vehicle, go to a different auto shop. Avoid the one in San Antonio on new Braunfels. They were ridiculously rude and discriminatory.

Rochester AutoZone,NH Disgusting store manager
Rochester AutoZone, NH
"I always get excellent service for every visit to AutoZone stores until this afternoon I went to the Rochester AutoZone to replace my car battery, wipers and one headlight bulb. The manager in this store, everybody called him “Kevin”, is super mean and rude, not only to the customers but also to his employee. After I paid for the car battery, wipers and headlight bulb, he asked the “boy” working in the store to help me to replace all three. The “boy” is a very nice, he started to replace the car battery and headlight bulb, but he accidentally replaced the good headlight bulb with the one I just bought, so I asked him to replace the bad one, and also he accidently lose one bolt for fastening the battery, so he came back to the store, and tried to find a different bolt to fasten the battery to the car, I waited half an hour and did not see the “boy” out, so I went to inside the store, I saw the “boy” is working to serve other customers and ignored his unfinished work for me, I asked him to continue his work, the boy went out to continue to replace the battery, since he lost one bolt for fastening the battery, I have to buy one bolt in order to fastening the battery. After the boy finished fastening the battery, my car couldn't start, so I went inside the store and asked the manager for help, and then I realized Kevin wanted him to ignore the work for my car and serve other customers. Then I asked Kevin to do that unfinished work for me, he refused and said he does not have time to do that, I kept asking him and eventually he is reluctant to go outside and fasten the battery for my car, I asked him to replace my wipers, he said he is busy and does not have time to do that. Actually at that time, there were only two customers in the store. So I have to drive to Somersworth AutoZone to replace my wipers. I don’t want to complain about the “boy” who is working there, he is very nice, but his manager Kevin is so mean and rude to customers, and also he is super lazy. If everybody behaves like Kevin, AutoZone will close soon. I will never recommend Rochester AutoZone to my colleagues and friends, since Kevin provided a terrible service to customers!"

Higher price and low quality
Price and quality of products, I can't believe how much higher they are than anybody else and only have what you are looking for half the time, I have been a long time customer but will go elsewhere from now on.
