Jeremy K at Autozone # 4982, 3521 US hwy 601, Concord, NC. Very nice helpful young man. I needed a new battery. He presented to me all the options / pricing and warranty. He quickly and politely installed my new battery and had me on my way in no time.

I had a defective duralast gold battery with no receipt. And the nice people of autozone were good enough to cover it under warranty. Love the service and them standing behind their product.

I went in to get some screws to put my car tag on. i already had the decorative screw covers. However, Andrew Wilson showed me packages they had which included the screws as well as the eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeees the decorative caps for a much lower price.eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Ziggy was very helpful on my two visits to The Beverly Hills Florida store on Saturday July 8. He did a "check engine light and a separate visit he changed my wiper blades. His customer caring personality was very obvious. He deserves a gold star. I offered him a cash tip and he politely turned it down. I can be reached at 401-556-9866

They honored a warranty that was near expiration. Friendly helpful people. AUTOZONE AUTO PARTS HOUSTON #4242 6400 N Eldridge Pkwy Houston, TX 77041 Manager: Gary
