If I could give -5 stars, I would. This place is a complete disappointment. I’ve been waiting for a refund for 14 days—almost two weeks—and all they can say is, “Call the bank.” No problem, except the issue is with AutoZone, not the bank. The bank was the easiest part of this process. Trust your instincts—if you get a bad feeling about a place, avoid it. The service here is terrible, and the staff seems completely incompetent. Speaking to them is a waste of time; they stutter over the phone with no real explanation as to why this is taking so long. Clearly, they lack proper training. Do better, AutoZone, or close your doors.

Terrible company! I purchased a product with a good warranty, but when it stopped working after just 2 weeks, I was told I’m out of luck. They couldn’t care less about their warranty. I’ll never shop at Autozone again!

I have been charged tax on an alternator $40 core charge, and when I return the core, they do not reimburse the taxes. The manager at the Greenfield, MA, store told me that it is a state-regulated rule, and he has been following it for the past twenty years!

very bad costumer service! people who work at the front have anger issues and are very disrespectful to costumers. I brought the old battery to get my $20 back and i find out that they have put in a wrong Phone number. finally they found that they used the wrong number they deny my money bac because, they got upset when i told them that they did a mistake.

What a lousy company. You buy a product with a lifetime warranty only to be told 8 months later when the product stops working that you're SOL and they don't give a flip about the warranty. Never again will I set foot in an Autozone again,...bait and switch, no thank you.

Purchased 2 sensors for my car. Both were bad. The oxygen sensor cost me $700.00 dollars in parts that didn't need to be replaced. The MAF sensor caused repeated codes for catalyst inefficiency.

Store is ok but the website is HORRIBLE. Avoid at all costs. If you’re not looking for a specific part for your car, you’ll never find anything. Worst I’ve ever seen.
