Every time I go in there, the staff is either clueless or just doesn't care. I asked for help with a simple part, and they gave me the wrong thing, not once, but twice. The customer service is terrible, and they make you feel like you're bothering them.

Bought a car battery from AutoZone, and it gave up on life faster than my Monday motivation. Tried to get a replacement, but customer service acted like I was asking for a free car. Never again!

Ordered part for same day pick up. Called store 2X and they said they had it and to have my 20 yr old daughter in college drive down at night. When she got there, same guy said he didn't have it and never looked. When I called he tried to blame me because he said he tried calling back which he never did. He promised it would be there by noon the next day. At noon, daughter calls and guy verbally harasses her and said I don't know why he said that and he doesn't have it. I call in later and worker rude top me and finally a manager when I told him I contacted corporate had part in 5 minutes. I expect more from a big corporation and not bully 20 year old girls

I went to the auto zone in north Loveland Colo. I asked a grey shirt if he or they could install a battery. He looked at me funny then walked to the commercial counter came back and said no. He didn’t have enough people. I counted 3 employees in that store so I walk out and went to Loveland’s south store. I was greeted by Andrew who was very helpful even though there was only 3 employees in that store. I guess the north store don’t need the business…

I went to an auto zone and was greeted by the salesperson with "yeah what's up?" I asked to buy some windshield wipers and asked if they would help put them on. He said yes but after I bought them, he told me that no one was available to put them on until after their lunch in 10-min. After waiting for 10 minutes and no one was available I asked to return them and was told that the manager needed to do it, and that he was on lunch for an hour. I insisted and he finally did the return. After the return he told me next time to wait for him and not make him come up. I told him there would be no next time and he told me: "sounds like a YOU problem to me" as I left. There is more, this is just a summary. I called the regional office several times and the regional manager never returned my call. Auto Zone started with a successful sale and ended up losing it and a customer. Why bother to advertise for people to shop there if you treat them so badly when they walk in the door that they leave never to return. It makes no sense to me. I ended up going to an O'Reilly's Auto Parts store and had a great experience! They told me that many have come there complaining about Auto Zone.

I went order some parts online on 228 and pay the 4.99 expedited shipping fee to be delivered 3/1 by noon and no delivery. I called customer service and asked where my package was - and they couldn't tell me the reason for the delay. Horrible. Don't trust this company.

What was supposed to be next day delivery (according to Autozone), became 2 day delivery for no good reason (probably because it never was next day delivery and Autozone lied), and now it just became 3 day delivery as the parcel was again not delivered…. I requested a full refund several times and all they do is lie and deny… Now I know why they’re closing stores…

Pedro was very rude and had a bad attitude when my daughter ask for help in placing a headlight in my Chevy equinox. I will no longer shop at this location.
