Autozone9234 Store Manager in Delhi,NY went above and beyond today. Joseph answered all of my questions today and was super attentive. He easily was able to assist me with purchasing parts, even though I wasn’t exactly sure of the cars problem.

Jennifer @ the AutoZone Auto Parts 3438 Hillsborough Rd, Durham, NC 27705 Is the best customer service provider experience any customer can get. She not only remembered me; she remembered my previous order and issue. Not only that, she saved me over $300 dollars by informing me that part was covered under warranty. She is a God send. Thanks again Jennifer and Auto Zone for keeping me going

Darius, the manager at Cheviot went the extra mile in helping me with a warranty issue for the Disk brake pads for my Honda Accord. He determined that they were looking for the warranty using the wrong part number. This was due to the fact that I gave them the wrong model , EX versus LX. Once they determined the correct part number the warranty was found.

Freddie Davis, Store Manager, at the Spring Hill, TN location was great to work with. He transferred my order from another store and I was able to pick up my part at his store. Freddie was friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate Freddie and his focus on customer service. AutoZone needs more employees like Freddie Davis. Thank you!

Edgar at the Bastrop Texas site was great! I had a battery that died less than a year after replacing it with a warranty replacement last year. Edgar noted that the battery was no longer under warranty and I would need to purchase a new one. I notified him that the battery I was given last year, was the wrong battery, but the staff could not correct it in the system, so I was forced to take it. Edgar not only managed to correct the issue with the battery size, he gave me a new battery without charge due to the incorrect battery being given to me. Great job Edgar, I'm a faithful AutoZone customer for this reason, great customer service!!
