From the time of purchase I was very impressed with the time of receiving the items and the returns on the damaged rim. My communication with Scott Coppola was all I needed to get things done, from return labels, and shipping replacement items. He was very courteous, professional, and respectful to the customer when communicating. I would do business with this company again. The rims received were good quality and look new. Ordered a set of 20 inch chrome clad rims for my 2019 Ram 1500. To my dismay one of the four wheels arrived damaged in shipping. This was no fault of Auto Rim Shop as box appeared to be ripped and dropped. A return label was provided to me quickly and a replacement arrived within a few days. I needed a tire for my daughters Nissan Versa. The order process was super easy! They knew the tire I needed right away and the shipping was incredibly fast! I was able to install it with no issues and rest assured that my daughter is safe while driving!

I ordered a new rim for my Kia since no shops in town had it. Order was placed on the a Thursday then I read reviews over the weekend and got nervous so I emailed on Monday about why it hadn't shipped yet. Ryan told me that they were still finishing the rim and it would go out soon. I got an email that it shipped later that day and I received it on that Wednesday. 6 days total. The rim looked great and (more importantly) fit my car and got me back on the road. To be clear, it's not a luxury rim or a luxury car. That said, I feel bad for anyone who had a less than ideal experience or had to deal with returning items (seems to be where things go wrong) but I have no complaints. I will definitely be using them again, should I need to.

First off those "whining" about poor service I feel sorry for them BUT I have ordered twice from this company(in TN) and spoke to customer service prior to my first order. The 1st order cust. svs. said will ship in 5 days, I got mine in 3 days. The second order I ordered 1 day and had a 24 hr delivery (without extra delivery charge). The OEM cost was over$425.00 and I got a wheel (rim) for $174.99 per order (order 1ea on 2 diff occasions)(and they fit perfectly). If I ever need rims again I would NOT HESITATE to order from them again. They offer best bang for the buck....J. L. McAllister from (KY).
