Awesome, budget in Carey is a great office with fantastic employees

All good, no issues

I’ve had the worst experience ever trying to book rental cars. Last week I booked with Dollar Rent-A-Car, which said I could pay when I pick the car up however, Expedia took $75 off my credit card immediately for the insurance that I had signed up for I disputed that, however the morning of the pick up of the car, I was called and told they’re very sorry but they had no cars to me as there was no manager on site that could I guess figure out how many people equals how many cars so they didn’t have enough cars the number of people I don’t know, but that’s what they told me when they called me early in the morning of the pick up two hours later I got a call reminding me that I had reservation for a car. I told her I was a little confused she said she understood my frustration so I said well. I’m glad you do and hung up the phone. That’s just crazy and that was last week. I’m booking this for the week after next. I’m quite sure at the end of the month or the first week of the next month I need a car and I will certainly call you. Thank you.
