Hello Moual, I am so sorry to hear of your experience! I looked at a copy of your confirmation email and I see that you paid $19.42 at time of booking your rental car. That left a balance due at time of pick up of $140.37. Unless you added something like an additional driver or GPS or a child seat or insurance, you should have only had to pay Right Cars $140.37. If you would send a copy of your final invoice to [email protected], I would be happy to look into this further for you. We appreciate your business and want you to know that we stand by our customers from the booking process and throughout the entire rental period and after, if need be. You matter to us!

Hello Kathy, I am so sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience when renting your car through Autorentals.com. In searching for your reservation in our data base, I found that you actually had two reservations with the same supplier, Easirent, for the same date and location. I would like to look into this further for you. Could you tell me where you wanted to pick up your rental car? Also, please know that we offer help to our customers from time of booking their rental cars through the end of the rental. We can be reached at [email protected] to assist with any issues that might arise. Again, I am so sorry for your experience. Our mission at Autorentals.com is to provide you ease and confidence in your travels. We appreciate your feedback. When a customer has a negative experience, we want to learn from it to improve the service we provide to help create a positive experience for all of our customers. You matter to us at Autorentals.com!

Hello Richard, I am so sorry to hear you are having an issue with your reservation for your rental car. Unfortunately, we are not able to modify a confirmed reservation. Autorentals.com is your booking agency for your rental. Our goal is to provide you with great rates that we have negotiated with suppliers around the world. While we can save you time with your search and save you money with our great, negotiated rates, we do not have access to modify a suppliers reservation system. The easiest way to solve your problem would be to come back to our site and create a new reservation with the correct pick up location. We can help you cancel the current reservation that has the incorrect pick up information. Another option would be to reach out directly to the supplier for modification but this will likely void the great rate provided to you on our site. Please know that we value you as a customer and we appreciate your business. If we can be of further assistance, please reach out to us at help.autorentals.com.
