When I got to the desk at the airport, I discovered that AutoRentals had automatically booked me to a different pickup location in the city. This did not help me at all, and in fact cost me a $50 fine for not picking up the car from the site where I was booked.

Everything was wrong with communication with customer service. What I was told was not correct. Therefore I was having to pay because info was incorrect.

I looked at our customer service log to see if you had reached out to us regarding the difference in the pricing. I didn't see any correspondence from you. Please know that our first priority is to see that our customers have a great experience on our site. If a customer runs into problems or has an issue like you did, we want to know about it. I see in your confirmation email that your trip has not begun yet. Could you reach back out to me at [email protected] and share more details? What was the original price you were shown and how much difference is there in the amount shown in your confirmation email. I'm wondering if you might have added GPS or a child seat or an additional driver? That could cause the rate to change. What ever the case might be, I want to look into this further for you. I do see that you made two reservations last night with two different suppliers and canceled both within 10 minutes of making the reservations. We rented a car after flying in to Logan Airport and when we confirmed reservation, we have to pick it up in Revere! WTF! How the hell are we supposed to get from Logan to Revere! What a ripoff! Verboten! Never again!
