Parts ordered were not compatible with my vehicle. Not even close. They arrived quickly but quick and wrong don't cut it.

I ordered three items from Auto Parts Warehouse. The next day a representative from the manufacturer of the seat covers I had ordered called me to verify the model and number I had ordered. After our discussion, it was discovered that I should have only ordered 1, instead of 2. I went back and read the description on A.P.W. and still couldn't tell which I should have ordered, but I called A.P.W. Customer Service and told them the order needed to be changed to 1. Then I got an email that another item I had ordered was no longer available. So why was it still in the catalog? A couple days later, the seat cover mfr.'s rep. calls me again. It seems the part number for the seat covers I had ordered was incorrect, so the order had been cancelled. She gave me the part number I needed to use to reorder. When I called Customer Support, which I have decided is NOT in the U.S., the first representative didn't seem to understand exactly what the problem was and what I was trying to do. I had a very hard time hearing her and understanding her. She finally passed me off to her "supervisor", who I also had trouble hearing and understanding. She wouldn't take my word for what part number I needed to order, she made me go through a description of my truck 2 or 3 times. This seemed to be because she had no idea what an extended cab was or how a truck could have 4 doors, but not 4 full-size doors. (Another reason I don't think they are in the U.S.) This, by the way, had absolutely nothing to do with seat covers for the front seat! I did receive the floor mats I ordered in a timely manner. I just today got notice that the seat covers have shipped - only 16 days after my first order! Probably won't be doing business with A.P.W. again.

I ordered the part I needed for my truck 3 weeks ago and I call them and nobody knows were it is...... very unsatisfied!!

contacted company to return part. Spoke to supervisor, could not get word in edge wise. I did not give her permission to refund the part and wanted to speak to another supervisor about service. She went ahead and refunded minus 10% restock fee. Will not use this company again, rude.

I purchased a headlamp assembly for my car. I called when ordered and the guy helped with all questions plus offered a discount as first time buyer from them. The transaction was fast and I received my part on time. The only detail to mention is that it didn't have the back covers for high and low beam as well as for the fog light. It was ok cause I just swapped it over from my older part. I think they should mention this when you call. In general I would advice anyone to purchase from Autopartswarehouse.

I placed an order for a pair of tires, those came within 3 business days, no problem. Found out I needed two more, ordered those on January 6th and nothing came, no tracking number - called on January 10th and was told the ordered was cancelled because they ASSUMED it was a duplicate - OK, I can understand that, order was replaced and still the same BS. I cancelled the order because I went somewhere else and purchased 4 tires to put on my car ...... waiting 3 days for an authorization number to return the pair that I received .................... UNBELIEVABLE.

I could not believe how efficient they were. After having such a ba experience with one of their competitors I was a little weary but from the moment they answered I could tell they were professional experts and the auto part I needed would be the correct piece for my car. From ordering to delivery everything went smoothly. Couldn't say enough good things about them!
