Automotive TouchupReviews of automotivetouchup.com

It took two months for the Paint Pen & Clear Coat Pen to arrive. For the sum of $28.25, the Paint Pen is nowhere near a color match. Should be light gray, instead it's a generic dark gray. Into the trash it went!

Ordered some touchup paint for my granddaughters truck. Always a perfect match and high quality paint. Service and follow up is fantastic.

Great customer service, quality paint that matched prefectly.

I wanted a shop to paint my new hood and fenders but when they said $1600 I decided to look online for paint and came across Automotive Touchup, and though not the cheapest one online they provided much more detail on their products then others. By the time it came I had set up a booth in my garage and painted the parts myself. For around $350 I painted the hood and fenders, installed them and only I, so far, have been able to see any difference in the paint, it looks almost factory! 2016 VW Jetta Ruby Red.

Great product. Delivered quickly will consider using again as need arises.

I have been buying paint through Automotive Touchup for years. Great service and great product. I could not say enough in how great this company is. Thanks, Ken

I have yet to even receive my order. It's been about 5 weeks. The tracking shows it hasn't moved in nearly 2 weeks. When I contacted the company, they blamed the post office and told me it happens all the time. Why would they keep using them with such poor service?

Ordered some half ounce touchup paint on January 9th. Didn't receive any communication from them. Reached out to customer support and was told 2 and a half to 3 weeks for half oz touchup paints. January 30th and still no paint. I painted professionally for almost 40 years. Don't understand why it would take so long? But they have my money. Very poor communication and customer service.
