I don't ever write reviews but AES has left me RAVING about their customer service. First I identified a pricing error and they honored it... great. Then my two Dannmar lifts shipped the next day! They called me to tell me they shipped...WOW. The lifts arrived and the carrier didnt feel like blocking the forklift spot so I shot them an email..within 5 mins they called me telling me what to do. Elliot and AES are VERY customer oriented, most certainly will do business again. Dannmar (FYI) called me within an hour to collect information regarding shipping damage. A+ for Dannmar/Bendpak as well. Do not hesitate to do business with AES, there is a real person taking care of you!
