I am very satisfied with my experience. Louis was patient and kind and answered all my questions. I know that the product is good and the deal was as good as any I could find. Easy and uncomplicated, unlike another company that I tried to deal with.

Before placing my order, I did a lot of research and read many reviews that are online and more importantly the most recent dates. I also sent an email to AES asking questions about the Autel unit and received a quick response. Let me just say that the reviews are nowhere close to the service that I was provided. I received a quick response to my questions which, had I read just a little further before sending the email…were already answered for me. Truthfully one of the recent reviews actually tipped the scale for me and I placed my order. Within minutes after placing my order I received the confirmation from my CC Company of a large transaction. I received a UPS Tracking Number a couple of hours later. The REAL story here is…UPS delivered the device the next morning! Less than 24 hours after I ordered it, I had it in my hands. This kind of customer service is much needed in the world today. Without a doubt, I will be looking at AES for my next purchase.

Big thank you to Mario.Three years ago I purchased three BendPak lifts for my shop, called Mario and he gave me great pricing and set up the installation with a recommended installer. Everything worked out great. This year I was able to aquire a additional facility for my business to expand. I needed a total of 14 lifts for my new facility, and I was in a time crunch called Mario on a Tuesday morning he gave me great pricing got me the right installer to come in and work on the weekend, all 14 lifts were installed by sunday night at 8:30 pm what accomplishment. Thank you Mario for handling this .

I did a lot of research before deciding to buy an Autel Maxisys 906BT. There were a lot of vendors on Amazon selling this tool at very good prices but all of them were selling non-Autel USA serial numbered tools. I checked with Autel USA and they recommended buying from someone who sells USA serial numbers. I found Automotive Equipment Specialists on the internet and they not only sold the USA version but their price was less than Amazon's. I placed the order on a Friday afternoon and first thing Monday morning, AES called me to verify the order and explained when it would be shipped etc. 30 minutes later, I received an email with confirmation and later that day, I received another email with the tracking number. I responded with a thank you and sure enough, I received a reply back. This sort of communication on a big purchase like this was very welcoming and reassuring that I had made a good decision where I bought the tool from. I received the scanner two days later on Wednesday afternoon. I registered it with Autel and the serial number was immediately recognized by Autel. I downloaded all the updates with no issues. So far, I am very pleased with Automotive Equipment Specialists and would recommend them to anyone.
