I am truly amazed, I order the autel scanner on Dec 23, at 11 am, and received it on the 24 th, not only is that awesome bit the price was the best dealmi could find. This was the first time I have purchased from this company and I for sure use them again, first class operation, thanks for such a great first time purchase.

The ac recovery machine I ordered ended up being an older model no longer offered but listed on their site. Once ordered, they called the next day and explained the issue and gave me the newest version at the same price.....$500 difference! I didn’t even asked for that but they stepped up and did that on their own. That’s a class act in my opinion. Machine arrived in less than 24 hours! Shipping company was great as well....took it off the truck and brought it inside without even asking. Very much enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend others using them as well.

After a slight misunderstanding about shipping (on my part) my order arrived in good shape. The folks @ AES were very helpful. Now hopefully the registration & update of my scanner will go as smoothly as my order has.
