I had reviewed a number of companies to purchase the equipment i was looking for. Many companies were outside the United States and there was only an email to contact them. Many of companies I looked at within the US only had an email contact. Many people may be ok with this, but I prefer to have a live contact to talk too. AES representative was very responsive to my call and promptly connected to a live person to answer my questions. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with. The way I like to do business. Their prices were equal to or lower than their competitors. I would purchase through them again and would recommend others to check them out.

Honest. And a real person called me about a shipping question. Instead of like other companies that I've delt with, that wouldn't do anything and wait for me to call wondering why my order hasn't gone through yet.

Very easy to deal with. Call to ask few questions gentleman call be back fast and spent 20 mins answering question on a sat evening. Shipped unit as he said and I had it a half day earlier. Will be my first stop on next purchase
