I'm so thrilled to write that my store TEAM, who absolutely ROCKS, has now passed the six month mark for my store being opened with much success. With how annoying I can be as a store owner, Meaghan W. and Merylle L. has been extremely patient with all my questions I've had over the months of being open for business. Jan 2025 has hit all time highs for sales and the amount of products being sold on my store. These ladies work so hard and Merylle L. is an absolute BEAST! I am very lucky I get to work with such a professional group and I know they always have the best interest in my store's success. Here is to an fantastic successful 2025 for all of us! Thank you ARC Team and specifically, Meaghan and Merylle. Couldn't do it without you two! Let's keep our success going and crush it :-)

Slow start, but now making a great trajectory. This business isn’t without its ups and downs especially with the occasional verification bots, however the team is professional and walks you through those hurdles. Inventory is now selling at an increased rate and I can’t wait for the next calendar year. Thank you team!

Excellent firm to work with. I have multiple stores and have interacted with many team members who have professional and knowledgeable. Looking forward to many more years of business.

They work hard to make your store perform the best it can, and they have definitely gained my trust over the years. I know they keep my information safe and keep me informed about anything I need to know

Been with the ARC team for a little over a year and overall it has been a positive experience. I appreciate all the communication regarding what is going on with my store because it gives me confidence that my customers are being served well. The team does a really good job of staying on top of the customer operations and managing what is often high sales volume. I evaluated several automation companies and ARC seemed to be the most organized - and they are - from onboarding, setup, training, vendor relationship and management and shipping they have strong muscle memory around these areas. Look forward to growing operations even more.

This business has met my passive cashflow expectations but it's not for the faint of heart... you have to be patient with the store growth and increased product purchasing over-time. Transparently my store was mistakenly deactivated (Amazons doing) but it was reinstated and I was back up and running within a short period of time. The team is extremely knowledgable and easy to work with. If you're in the market for a turnkey business and aren't expecting overnight results, this is for you.

I suspect that most people are skeptical, I'll admit I was too but they've been instrumental with running my Amazon store. Extremely helpful, God bless the company and employees!

Very thorough and it's been a quality experience from the start. They've helped me immensely with my online storefront. Thank you and I'm excited for the holiday season to come around!
