Still Awaiting Final Payment from ARC. I entered into a settlement agreement with ARC Automation in late 2024, which included a structured payout schedule through April 1, 2025. While initial payments were made, as of April 9, 2025, the final payment has not been received. I have upheld all agreed-upon terms, including removing public content per the agreement. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this directly and professionally, ARC has been unresponsive regarding the outstanding amount. I’m sharing this experience to inform others to exercise caution and ensure any agreements with ARC are upheld and enforceable. I remain open to resolving this matter amicably and will update this review if payment is received. These are factual events that have happened. When I go to ARCs website now it states "Effective April 1st, 2025, ARC Automation LLC has formally assigned all active client contracts, operational responsibilities, and support services to American Wholesalers LLC (AWL)."
