I was recently in an accident where my truck was determined a total loss and the insurance company offered what I thought was a low pay out. I called Monica and she put together a very detailed appraisal which indicated the insurance offer was low. She then negotiated with the insurance appraiser and was able to get an additional $6,000. It was well worth the call and short wait to get my check for my truck. Thank you Monica.

Autoloss is an incredible company. It's not a joke - It's real. I was a little bit reluctant at first because I was dealing with an insurance company that was extremely acting in a bad faith since the beginning of the process. So, when it came to the diminished value, I knew they would be terrible. They first estimated the diminished value of my car at ~ $300, which didn't make any sense. Monica Lahr reassured me Autoloss will be helping me get a reasonable amount and they will be working with me till the end of the process. And that's what they did. The insurance wasn't open to a fair negotiation. Their final offer was ~600 and they said if I do not accept the offer, I would have to file a suit. They knew that finding a lawyer in such case would be worthless and probably impossible as there was no injury in the accident and it was just claiming for the diminished value of the car. Monica Lahr and her team helped me file a complaint at the state corporation commission. The insurance company then ended up recognizing the bad faith and reached out offering $2300 as diminished value. I'd definitely recommend Autoloss, Monica Lahr and her team!!!

Very responsive licensed appraisal service. Other than a long response time from CSAA at first, CSAA seemed satisfied with Autoloss' work and both sides were professional and courteous. We arrived at a DV reimbursement about half of the difference between Autoloss and CSAA's appraisal.

My new Polestar was damaged by a delivery truck while parked. The insurance for the trucking firm refused to pay for my Diminished Value claim. When a new car gets a CarFax damage report some buyers will not purchase at all. Others want a big discount. I was stuck until I contacted Autoloss. Monica had me send the information regarding the damage and my car. She prepared a report about the diminished value and sent it to the insurer. When my truck was stolen this summer my insurance company offered me 5k and 7k when I didn’t like the first offer. They told me my next step was to hire an independent appraiser.
