I am very satisfied with the services provided. The insurance company initially determined there was no diminished value and weren't going to pay out on my claim, however after submitting my appraisal report from Monica they agreed to negotiate a settlement. I wouldn’t use this service. They are really bad at handling case. I paid $300 for the service to do a car “diminished value” claim however I ended up doing all the back and forth with the insurance myself. I would stay away from this site/service.
