My BMW X3 M40i was badly damaged when I was rear ended. Monica and her team have been incredible to work with and are full scope in their capabilities. They have been handling my claim start to finish and have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They completely took the headache out of dealing with insurance companies and I would definitely recommend them over the competitors who offer much less in services for the same or more $$$.

We were hesitant to use at first, but we paid the initial amount for the services. We then paid another 100.00 for them to negotiate with our insurance agent. Auto Loss was a life saver! I used autoloss with great excellent results. I paid $325 and autoloss filed the clam against progressive insurance. I was asking for $8400 for diminished value and I received $6500. I was happy with autoloss.
