AutographiaReviews of autographia.com

I ordered the autograph framed and was disappointed that the frame was delivered cracked. Upon contact with Autographia, they stood behind their quality and offered a refund or other considerations to make me feel whole and respected. Thank you to Autographia for doing the right thing!!

Item came speedily in excellent condition and well wrapped. Very happy

I received the item ahead of time, very well packaged, and exactly as agreed. Customer support was very helpful and addressed my questions in a timely manner. The progress widget on the website was not updating, so I assumed there was no traction on my order. As a novice to the world of autographed memorabilia, it is great to be assured of the authenticity of the item. Better clarity on the difference between an Autographia-certified item vs other certifying entities would be good. Also, I saw the same item I purchased on the site a few days later at a lower price than what I had purchased it for. I understand the variability of pricing of these items, but it was a lot lower and the exact same item (from my perspective). However, I cannot complain about shipping, the item condition, or customer experience.

Impressed. Received it right a way. Great condition and with an authenticity letter. Thank you!

Excellent service and communication to get exactly what I was looking for and going forward Autogrpahia will be my go to for all autograph needs. Thank you.

Product arrived earlier than expected, complete with certificate of authenticity, and was in perfect condition thanks to thorough packaging. I would order from Autographia again.

Thank you love autographed photos

I love my 2 pieces I received!
