Just making this post to raise some awareness and warn people against this brand. I bought an AutoFull Chair back in February. Unfortunately, very shortly after, the arm rests broke, they literally melted off the hinges. I contacted the company about getting replacements, they said they would send me in 60 days. 60 Days have passed and now just getting radio silence. I contacted my bank and realised all the company did was wait until I could no longer dispute this with the merchant. I basically got scammed out of 600 Euros for a chair with no arms. Just making this post so other people don't fall for it.

The chair seat was damaged and so far i have not gotten any information on the status about it, Currently I have all the chair parts all over my living room.

the autofull g7 lumbar locking mechanism broke in 36 hours in the unlocked position. the one that locks in the depth adjustment not height adjustment. lever just flops and engages nothing, service claims they'll send replacement then suggests im ignorant of the clicks the HEIGHT adjustment has not depth. they offered a 20 dollar refund and said theyd replace the part but now im getting copy paste messages once a day asking for video when email limits attachments to 27mb. once a day for a 550 dollar chair. if they cant send the replacement in a timely manner i may just have to chargeback with my bank to buy a better made chair.

Sells expensive chairs that break after half a year. 5mm thick “steel” simply breaks and I'm actually a lightweight.

I'm really disappointed I purchased an M6 series gaming chair for 649 Euro and when I got it the arm rest is damaged, and I reached out to the autofull support but no one answered me yet. Is this a joke or what is it. Is this how they treat the costumer's. I really want a refund for this treatment or a new product. Im really disappointed and I don't recommend for others to buy they'rs products. I bought my product the 17 February and got it 24 I begun to assemble it the 27 and noticed the arm rest is damaged ofc the same sec I wrote to the support and still till now no answer. Im so frustrated

Ordered the c3 dark on December 3, received an email on December 4 that the product had been shipped, so far I have not received anything and no response to emails, worthless service

Requested updates, sent e-mails, but 4 weeks go by without any reply despite sending weekly reminders. Absolutely 0 customer service
