Zum Produkt kann ich nur sagen eine absolute Empfehlung ich habe den M6 Ultra+ 2.0 die Massage Funktion ist einfach nur fantastisch ich genieße sie mehrfach täglich die Verarbeitung ist sehr hochwertig ich bin in jeder Hinsicht begeistert und zufrieden und kann den Hersteller nur weiter empfehlen. Based on my experience the customer support team and the team in general are extremely responsive and helpful. I've got both the desk and m6 ultra 2.0+ chair and everything has been perfect. From the delivery to the assembly everything went smooth. Detailed instructions come with both and everything needed was provided in the package. 10/10 would recommend.

Honestly, I was very worried to begin with due to the comments on trustpilot but they really pulled through with me! I received a faulty lumbar support so i contacted their support team. After less than an hours communication they proceeded to send me a new backrest with a working lumbar support. It arrived within a couple of days, brilliant! Thank you, Roxie!
