The Autofull chair, exceeding my expectations as I thought, another over priced gaming chair but I'll give it a try. I must say that I am happy that I got this chair as it fits the requirements that I was looking for. It is very comfortable and extremely adjustable to the positions where I feel comfort. I really like all of the features but I think the foot rest is my favorite. I use the chair for my work from home and for gaming and it's perfect for both!

I have been pretty happy with my chair. It is rather comfortable and the fans are quite nice. My only beef is the location of the buttons. Ive had it for about a year, give or take, and the arm rest had cracked and eventually broke off. I emailed support and they sent me a new one as soon as they were able.

I got a m6 ultra 2.0 as a birthday gíft in october 2025, after two months the little silver arm rest ajustment broke. I wrote the support, i send them all information they needed, the replacement part was out of stock at that time and they gave my girlfriend 10% of the price back and asked me for patience. When it was restocked a few weeks later, they send me an email and send me the requested part. It was a long journey to the EU, but if you are a nice and patient person, everything will be fine. One of the better experiences i have had

This chair brings extraordinary features, great quality, the materials used for covering, protecting our gaming experience is exceptional. Little tweaks I would do with the arm rest to fix it in a position, but beyond that everything is perfectly fine.

I love my chair, the best i ever had.

Honestly, I have tried many chairs and this one is by far the best one I have had. I am glad I made this purchase and the chair supports my back so well. The massage functions actually do work. I have had days with a little morning back pain and this chair gets me moving. I cannot wait to play GTA VI on this chair this year :)

The Autofull gamer chairs are really awesome. The materials used and the craftsmanship are of high-quality. no doubts, at all. We have bought 2 chairs, one for my son (1.95m) und one for my wife (1.73 m). Both are really happy with the comfort of sitting. The price of the chairs is okay: Not really cheap, but justified. The only issue I do not like, was: during the ordering process a delivery issurance has been offered. The insurance offers full coverage in the event of damages or non-arrival of boxes caused during or by the logistics process. It was not clear to me that the chairs will delivered from a location within Germany. I even had the impression that the sender location is somewhere in the world, but not within the EU. My assumption was that die sender location is in China. Therefore I also bought the insurance for approx 20 EUR. When the delivery process begun, I realized that the boxes are being sent from a location within Germany. Thus I felt somehow cheated. The delivery speed was enourmous. Two days after the purchase order the chairs arrived. The packaging was very professional. None of the two boxes had any kind of damages.
