Horrible customer service take for ever to respond to anything I ordered the M6 ultra got a message like a week later telling me they were out of stock and gave a me a few option refund get a G7 or the M6 pro after a bout 20 emails back and forth over 3 weeks I settled on a G7 got the shipping notice last Wed Jan 21 got the chair today Jan 26 so ok delivery time but it's the wrong dam chair they sent me a M6 so now waiting to hear back soni can send it back and they can send the right chair this has been almost a month too this point for date I ordered it and by the time it gets sent back and they send the right one i am sure it will be 2 months ( edit now after another 3 weeks still have not had any reply from them so now have had to file a charge back from my credit card company these guys are running a huge scam)

A fuir ! Autofull G7, chaise pas au point et de qualité chinoise (Il y a mieux sur aliexpress pour la moitié du prix) Je demande renvoi et remboursement le jour de la réception du colis. Autofull me déduit 15% de la valeur de la chaise (pour je cite "Frai de restockage") + l'envoi est à mes frais (Je perds donc +100€ pour me faire rembourser) Pire expérience d'achat possible. Ne croyez pas les influenceurs sur cette marque, ils sont payés pour en dire du bien.

Drecksladen, nie wieder bestelle ich bei diesen Heuchlern. Ich habe am 02.01 oder so bestellt.... wann kam es an? Klar, nie! Auf der Seite steht Maximal 7 Tage, ja sicher nach den 7 tagen hat sich das tracking nicht einmal verändert. Zudem denke ich nicht mal, dass sie überhaupt was gemacht haben, da zwar eine Nummer angegeben wurde, die aber nie von den Lieferanten gescannt wurde. Der Support schreibt mir täglich sowas wie "wir tun unser bestes" oder "wir beschleunigen ihre Lieferung" Ja klar die machen sich da nicht die Mühe. Naja es gibt nicht nur das, denn ich denke es sind krampfhafte Lügner, sie widersprechen sich ständig selber. Z.B. sagten sie mir gestern "ja die Lieferung hat Probleme und wir senden sie zu uns zurück und fangen sie ab, Sie können erst stornieren sobald es bei uns ankommt". Sobald Ihr das hört... ich bitte euch fällt nicht darauf rein es ist offensichtlich eine Lüge ihr solltet einen Paypal Konflikt eröffnen. Das ist hilfreich, da dass Geld der Bestellung quasi eingefroren wird, das heißt sie können es nicht nutzen, was wiederum heißt sie müssen etwas tun um es zu behalten. Entweder sie kommen auf einmal mit, die Lieferung ist unterwegs oder sie brechen ab. Naja ich bestelle dort nie wieder unterstützt diese Firma nicht.

Moin, ich habe am 30.12.25 mir den Autoful G7 Ergo Stuhl bestehlt da ich auf der suche nach etwas neuem war und die Bewertungen soweit alle gut und stimmig waren und auch die Video dazu sehr viel versprechend sind. Nun ist es leider so das ich mich an dem Stuhl noch nicht erfreuen kann. Auf nachfrage hieß es es sei dem schlimmen Wetter in Europa geschuldet weswegen es so lange dauert Zeitangaben Wann der Stuhl nun endlich geliefert wird ist bis dato noch offen. GLS zeigt mir in der App zwar an das der Stuhl vom Versender durch Orange Connex zwar zur Abholung bereit sei aber anscheinend is der Stuhl immer noch irgendwo in China. Der Email Support ist mittlerweile nach meiner 4ten Beschwerde komplett abgebrochen und dann im Grunde darauf warten das es bei mir Klingelt. Also Fazit: Was den Stuhl angeht kann ich "AKTUELL" noch nichts sagen dies werde ich nachtragen. Ich kann aber sagen das der Support völlige Grütze ist. Wenn man lange Wartezeiten in kauf nehmen möchte und keinen wert auf Rückmeldung gibt oder einem die Versandlängen egal sind dann bestellt man bei Autoful..... Fortsetzung Folgt!

Review: I am writing this second review because my experience with AutoFull has become incredibly frustrating. Initially, I was happy with my gaming chair. The product itself is good, and the company did help me fix two minor issues early on. However, their "30-day price guarantee" and customer service have been a nightmare. I contacted them multiple times within the 30-day window to claim the price guarantee. They ignored my emails and only replied after 40 days, claiming it was now "too late." After my first Trustpilot review, they reached out and promised a specific compensation amount to fix their mistake. Unfortunately, they only sent less than half of the agreed amount. I have full documentation for the entire process, including screenshots of our correspondence and proof of the specific compensation amount we agreed upon. Communication is nearly impossible. It feels like they are using Google Translate, as they constantly misunderstand simple messages. Furthermore, they only reply during Chinese business hours, making the process extremely slow. It is a shame because the chair is actually good, but the customer service and the way they handle their own guarantees are unprofessional. I have given up on trying to get what I was promised. Buy the chair for the quality, but do not expect any reliable support or honesty regarding their price guarantee.

Der Stuhl ist super, bis es zum Garantiefall kommt. Ab dem Moment ist der Hersteller nicht mehr erreichbar. Bei einem Stuhl dieser Preisklasse ist das mehr wie ärgerlich. Leider nie wieder.

Never heard from manufacturer until a week after my chair arrived. They tried telling me it was on the way, but I had already ready received it and requested a return RMA. They have offered my 2 small money refunds, but I said no and just wanted to return the chair because I don't find it comfortable. Now they are just ignoring me.
