Very nice service

Building was easy, packaging was great, features work as intended! Super comfy, but wish that seat was more giving. The arm rests are not good, uncomfortable and my arm stuck to it even when I got a little bit sweaty, cant aim in games. There is an aggressive lumbar, but after a few weeks, my posture is practically perfect. Overall good chair!

The product arrived on time and as described. No damage was found and nothing was missing. It was also easy to assemble. Everything works great, the fan works better than expected, which is great because that’s the main reason I chose this chair. The massage is more of a vibration than an actual message, but that is okay, I didn’t purchase the model for a more realistic massage. The chair feels and looks great and I am very happy with the purchase and would recommend to others. Two small areas to improve on future models, I wish the footrest was a little thicker padded, a small complaint but it would be nice to see in a future models. But the one real complaint I have, the armrest needs to have a locking mechanism! The customization of the armrest is incredible, no matter how you sit or prefer to game or relax, you can find a perfect position. But they are constantly moving out of the position when you adjust, and it does get annoying. Overall 8/10 with only the small gripe and one design missed opportunity.

Quick delivery. Excellent quality chair. Heating is lovely. One part broke , contacted support, the next day we had an agreed solution that was incredibly generous! 10/10 service, 10/10 quality.

I really like the products they make, I like how a warranty which I had completely forgotten about got brought up when I was ready to pay for a new part for my chair and I really appreciate how polite and professional their customer support team was towards me and how fast my delivery was
