I wouldn't hesitate to give this company 10 Stars. A friend shared Mr. McDorman's contact info. with me after I had battled my Ins. Co. over their valuation of my vehicle which they pronounced totaled. After my Ins. Co paid their valuation, I was still going to owe $3,100 on my vehicle loan - and I would have no vehicle myself to drive. Mr. McDorman stepped in, and when it was all said and done the valuation increased $3,408, and my ins. co. sent me a check for $308. Mr. McDorman is knowledgeable of the process and the insurance companies respect him. SIMPLY AMAZING!!!!

Robert performed a great service for me. Without his help, I would have been attempting to negotiate with the insurance company (which knows "everything" there is to know about valuations of autos) using only a feeling that the amount offered was grossly undervalued, and no way to marshal data that would compare to what the insurance company would use to argue with me. Without Robert's help, I had no chance.

Robert was great! I was blown away by how much more money he was able to get from the insurance company. His communication was also very good. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him and ACS again and would refer them to anyone.

It’s a shame that consumer rights are kept from insurance claimants and you will suffer financial loss when a CarFax report comes your way when you go to sell your “repaired” vehicle. I used this company to file an inherent diminished value claim. It was easy, just a couple phone calls and provider a few documents from the original repair claim. The agents kept me well informed and negotiated a very fair payment. Such a valuable service to anyone who has a job and doesn’t have time to fight with insurance companies.
