At first I was concerned because I was not sure what to expect. After our first interaction I was confident that the people here are professional and dedicated to what they do. They were able to help me when my insurance was not covering my losses and were able to help me get back to normal after my car was totaled. Will use again if I ever am in an accident again. Auto Claim Specialists are a very professional group of people. They took the time to prepare a very detailed report for the insurance company. I will definitely promote what they do whenever I have the opportunity. They handled all communications with the insurance company. Can't thank them enough.

Auto Claim Specialists are great! My vehicle was damaged in a bad hail storm, and only the appearance was affected. Luckily there was no mechanical damage. The insurance company called it a total loss due to costly repairs. I decided to keep the vehicle but the amount my insurance company offered me to keep it was an unfair amount. Auto claim specialists were able to get the insurance company to move the number up after several negotiations. Keep all your records and correspondence with the repair shop and your insurance claims representative so the process moves quicker. They were very polite and understanding every time I spoke with them! No question went unanswered. I would definitely use them again if I have a total loss claim, but hopefully I won’t!

This company was a huge help in getting a fair seatlement on my vehicle. They walk me through the process step by step. It was so easy and in the end they got more than I would have ever expected. I would strongly recommend them if you are in need.

I am so grateful that I called Auto Claim Specialist to handle my auto claim! Robert McDorman was so helpful and honest he truly made the process better than if I would’ve handled it myself. Insurance companies really try to get one by on owners who don’t have the knowledge of their rights. I can't even begin to tell you how much Auto Claims Specialist has done for my daughter and I. The additional amount that they got for us allowed my daughter to get a new car without still being underwater on her totaled car.
