Robert and Auto Claim Specialist have been fantastic to work with. Our Maserati had some damage under the vehicle from dropping off the shoulder of the road to avoid a tree limb. Geico valued the car way too low and wanted to total it. We wanted to keep the car and have it repaired. Robert got involved and worked to get the appraised value increased $6000 which forced Geico to repair the car and not consider it a total loss. I cannot say enough good things about Robert McDorman and Auto Claim Specialists. I had purchased a truck with my son and the dealership made sure we had GAP Insurance as well. Well my son had a wreck in the vehicle and it was a total loss. I assumed and did not worry because we had the GAP insurance and was sure everything was going to be taken care of. I received a call from Mr. McDorman one Sunday afternoon because he received a call from the GAP insurance company that the substandard car insurance company my son had, Elephant Insurance Company, had undervalued the vehicle and we still owed a substantial amount. I don't understand how it all worked, but because of the deductions taken, the GAP insurance could allow those and so the GAP company did not pay anything as well. Mr. McDorman went on to explain to me what was going on, and my skeptical self, listened but wasn't sure what to think. Long story short, I listened to him and allowed him to take over and fight for us, and boy was I thankful he did. HE WAS AWESOME!!! Mr. McDorman and Auto Claim Specialists know their business. He was able to make us whole and pay off the lender completely. I cannot thank him and the company for all they did. Auto Claim Specialist provides an AMAZINGLY UNIQUE service. I had never heard of being able to negotiate a higher value on our families vehicle which was totaled in an accident. They were able to negotiate a higher payout with very minimal effort from us as the customer. I will recommend them to others!!

Last December my daughter had the misfortune of having an accident in her first car, a used 2017 Toyota Corrolla, she had only been driving the car for about 45 days, only to find out what seemed like a minor accident turned into a TOTAL LOSS on her vehicle, needless to say we weren’t happy about this, but felt relieved that we had covered all of the bases on insurance with AAA INSURANCE and GAP INSURANCE. After the AAA adjuster had finish his evaluation of the cars damages he gave us a figure of $12,000 (not actual figure)on the vehicle though it was actually worth about $15,500, UNKNOWLINGLY I EXCEPTED THIS LOWBALL OFFER, I had never had a TOTAL LOSS on a vehicle and I was naive to believe AAA WAS BEING TOTALLY HONEST WITH ME. They informed me the Gap insurance would cover the remaining balance and $000 out the car loan. Well need I say that’s not how it turned out, after the Gap insurance paid their honest amount it left us holding the bag for about $1,600, I contacted Gary with the Foresight group to inquire why this was happening. Gary was kind enough to inform me that the actual car value had been deflated by about $3000+ which was causing the overage. He was kind enough to give me Robert Mc Dorman’s name with Auto claims Specialists, Robert stepped in and took control of the situation, AAA tried to run me off by procrastinating and running me around in circles to get the information Robert had requested I get from them, and with a lot patience and perseverance (it took about a month or more for AAA to give us the requested information), once I got the necessary documentation to Robert it was all Smooth sailing!! Roberts expertise, professionalism and just sheer knowledge of the industry had AAA quaking in their boots, I was getting calls from AAA where as before they were ignoring my calls, long story short, Robert helped my daughter Diana and I recoup $3,200.00 that AAA INSURANCE had planned to cheat us out of. This company did their part and then some. They handled my situation with quickness, fairness and care. Definitely a far better experience than I expected during this trying time.
