My experience with Auto Claims Specialist, and James Byerly was exceptional. Not only was the outcome favorable, but when i initially called, i was a little hesitant and unsure of the whole process. They made it so very easy. They gave me a timeline and expectations of the Diminished Value claim. Everything they said and did was how it happened. They are a great company to deal with and James followed up and kept me in the loop during the whole process. I usually don't do testimonials but this was one time i did because they deserved to be praised for their great work and honesty.

A deer jumped in front of my paid- off Honda last fall and totaled my vehicle. I had never had a wreck or dealt with an insurance company before. I was busy with a sick parent and was advised to get a third party adjuster to help navigate the process and be my private advocate and representative. I had been a long-time customer of Farm Bureau. The insurance company quickly offered $6,600 ($2,000 less than the car was worth) for my property damage and pressured me to sign the car over to them immediately so they wouldn’t have to pay storage, which I did. They then dealt unfairly with me in giving me fair market value for my car. With Mr. McDorman’s help, on my behalf, he exercised my right to protest under my policy. After my personal adjuster wrote numerous letters, consulted lawyers, etc. and made a case for Bad Faith Practices and threatened legal action, the insurance company finally admitted wrongdoing and unnecessary delay and paid out over $15,000 for property damage and loss of use. Bottom line, don’t let these insurance companies push you around and devalue your property they owe you for. By law, there are provisions in your policy to help protect you! I highly recommend Robert McDorman to help you navigate the process. He only collects if he gets you more than the original offer, and his cut is more than fair. The man is a work horse and he took my problem personally!! He was always a phone call or text away from an update and he is incredibly knowledgeable about the business, the insurance adjuster community, and the insurance claims climate in Texas. He got me more than twice as much as the insurance company was going to pay!

It was a pleasure dealing with James Byerly at Auto Claims Specialists. I didn’t have to do anything, he took care of everything for me. He’s also very nice and quite entertaining, which helped make an awful experience with an uninsured motorist bearable! I hope I never need his services again, but if I do, I know who to call!

Auto Claim Specialists did us a fantastic job negotiating with the insurance company of an individual that ran into one of our new trucks while on a test drive. This was a very expensive 2019 Ford King Ranch F250 Crew Cab and the accident caused almost 15k dollars in damage to this new truck. Auto Claim Specialists contracted with me to aid in receiving a fair diminished value for the damage to this truck. They had me a settlement in a very timely manner and I could not be more pleased with the ease in working with them. I highly recommend them!

Without them, we'd be making loan payments for 4 additional months. They are knowledgeable and diligent and helped make us whole. Highly recommended, not the cheapest but worthwhile! I have been arguing with my insurance company for two months, but they just do not compromise for any value increment of my car which was totaled from flooded. Chad was very professional and explaining the situation to me. Three week later, the car value was increased much higher than expected. Great job!
