I was skeptical at 1st, the reviews are obviously too good to be true, and some are down right bad. I pulled the trigger because I was in a rush to make a ridiculous deal on a car, and I don't regret it. The moment I submitted my request for transportation, John sent me a message. He claimed he had a transport truck available to pick up my car immediately. He stuck to his word and delivered my vehicle from Birmingham Alabama, to San Antonio Texas, in less than 48 hrs. The vehicle arrived in the condition it was picked up in, and I paid the price I was quoted. If you like fast, reliable service at a fair price I'd recommend Auto Haul Express LLC.

From start to finish, Tony made the entire vehicle shipping process smooth and stress-free. He was professional, transparent, and kept me updated the whole time. My car arrived on time and in perfect condition. Highly recommend!

I was totally new to the car shipping process, but Auto Haul Express exceeded my expectations. Our car was picked up a day early and delivered the next day. I was very impressed with the service and would use them again.

I spoke with ____ ____. I was suspicious from the beginning. He said "We can pick it up tomorrow." I later learned that it was impossible for him to make such a prediction, because they are not a trucking company, they are brokers that must first find a trucking company that can fit your needs and schedule. I received warnings from reading other reviews about paying a deposit in advance, but it was too late, as I had already signed a document committing me to forfeit my payment for any reason. After a series of suspicious conversations, I canceled, not realizing that the paper I signed allowed them to keep my money. Immediately, I received a phone call from a "different company", who somehow knew that I had canceled, and offered the same service for another deposit. I believed that it had to be a representative from the same company, so I declined. How could a "different company" possibly know that I emailed Auto Haul seconds ago? I hired another company that delivered my car without asking for a dime until my car came to my door. I contacted my bank to get my deposit back, but my bank could do nothing, because of the paper that I had signed. If this is indeed a legitimate company, they worked hard at acting suspiciously. DON'T PAY A DEPOSIT. Addition, at the request of Trustpilot. I received several calls from a representative of Auto Haul who identified himself by two different names. (My name is _____, I mean_____.) Right. I was told that if I ended my dispute, they could refund my money. So, I called my bank. My bank said the opposite was true-that Auto Haul claimed that I did not cancel, and that I had indeed received a service from them. I provided my cancellation letter to my bank, with proof that another company delivered my car. Today. I received an email today telling me that my review has been flagged for defamation. Really? Well, I wish I had something good to say. Anything. But I don't.

I wish I could give no stars or negative stars. The people answering the phone have no answers. They signed a deal to ship for one price and tried to raise it over 1/3 the cost the day before. They never actually made arrangements to ship for the agreed deal that we signed a contract for. I drove thousands of miles to meet and they couldn’t even give me a time or location to drop off. Don’t trust them. Then they refunded my money finally but kept $10. Glad I didn’t trust them with my truck. I can’t imagine the troubles this would have compounded into. They are incompetent and probably scam artists. Do not trust them. Idk how they got so many positive reviews. UPDATE!!!!!! March 11th: Since posting this, the company has offered me $50 to take this review down, further showing why there are no bad reviews against them. I explained that their lack of attention cost me almost a thousand dollars in hotels and change of plane ticket fees, not to mention ton lost wages while I waited several days for them to figure out how to complete this contract. They also offered to help me and offered me a new price that was even higher by almost a thousand dollars. Do not trust this company. It’s a scam. I wonder what they would do if they actually had my truck with the $500 reservation fee…
