I had to file a claim on my vehicle, which was damaged by a large tree limb in a storm. I contacted the company immediately, and my claim was assigned to Paige Goble in the Peoria IL office. Paige got back to me immediately, walked me through the process and explained all available options. I would rate my experience with her as excellent. All her communications were clear, thorough, and timely.

I have insurance for my class A with Auto Owners. Recently I had a weather related issue where the wind tore off my slide out retractable cover and the holder broke a window and ended up damaging the roof seal. My claims agent Tabitha was very helpful and provided me with the information I needed to get my repairs done and in a timely manner so as not to waste the rv season. I am very satisfied with my experience and claims process; thank you Tabitha.

Ryan, at Auto Owners and Emily, at Philleo Ins took care of our very 1st claim ever after many years with commercial and personal policies held by them. Emily took the wheel so we could focus on our business. Ryan scheduled the assessment and inspection. A few emails and phone calls and the claim was settled. We can't praise them enough for handling this situation and taking it off of our plate. I read that policies have increased but believe me, everything and every service has increased since covid. We are realistic that we will not be paying same rates for construction or vehicle damage repairs that were held 6 yrs ago. Due diligence requires us to find best prices and best practices. Auto Owners and our Agent meet our high standards. They are worth the return and peace of mind.

Used Auto-Owner's for storm damage claims on 2 properties, over $25k each. They were responsive, considerate, and easy to communicate with. Metlife/Farmers- complete opposite experience- a flipping disaster. Farmers adjuster became known as Vinny "The Dead Guy" by my roofer and me. Took weeks to try and locate and talk with the guy. Then getting paid was troublesome as well. However Auto-Owner's was a totally different story! Dylan Herron and Greg Larsen are AWESOME adjusters. Greg got us adjusted and paid in 2 days time for a claim we submitted the day prior! Unbelievable service and helped us to close the sale of one of the properties on-time!
