I've genuinely enjoyed and grown through AL and the Energy Healing Circle. The coaches and master healers — Kat, Stephanie, Nikki, Natasha, and Suzanne — have all been exceptional, and they are the sole reason for 2 stars instead of 1. I have been a Soul Family annual member since 2022. In January 2026, I requested a cancellation and refund — and more than two months later, I am still waiting. I have reached out multiple times, and while staff have been polite, the only response I receive is that my request has been “expedited” and that I have moved up in the processing queue. It's supposed to take 1 to 3 business weeks, which AL has also confirmed. All refund requests should be honoured properly. I would have expected more from Mandy and Oliver's company core values. Leaving a program should be as easy and memorable as signing up for one. FOLLOW-UP: I received a follow-up from Authentic Living, as noted in their response below. They issued a refund on March 25, which is now showing on my credit card. Thank you.

Waiting this long and needing to follow up multiple times is not the experience we aim to provide. To give you clarity, the refund has already been issued on our end, and it may reflect in your account depending on your bank’s posting time. That said, we recognize that the overall process took longer than expected, and we take responsibility for that gap. Your feedback truly matters.
