I will never trust this Authentication company after looking at the reviews I sent my bag for authentication and the bag came fake I purchased the bag directly from the boutique please do not use this service

We take feedback seriously and are unable to locate an order under this review profile. If you have submitted an item for authentication, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can review the matter thoroughly. Authentication opinions are based solely on the item’s physical characteristics — not on where the item was reportedly purchased. It is important to note that purchasing from a boutique does not automatically validate authenticity without reviewing the item itself. If there were any concerns regarding your order, we would have welcomed the opportunity to re-evaluate or clarify the determination. We stand behind our process and are always willing to ensure our clients feel heard. Please reach out to us directly with your order details so we can assist you appropriately.

I used Authenticate First for several of my bags and belts. I already knew which were real and fake. Everything came back correctly. This gave me the confidence to buy luxury items on line and have them authenticate first before losing any money and piece of mind. I highly recommend using Authenticate First for sure!

We’re glad to hear that our evaluations helped provide the confidence you needed when purchasing luxury items online. The resale market can be complex, and having an independent opinion before committing to a purchase can make a significant difference. I tried to get authentic, classic, Louis Vuitton purses authenticated by this company. I received an email that they needed more photos of things I do not have as they are classic bags. They withdrew $40 for the service that I never received. I have reached out to them three times with zero response. I am incredibly mad out of principle. It's wrong and unethical. I do not recommend this company.

Hello — We take feedback seriously and want to clarify the circumstances of this situation so there is no misunderstanding. This order was not completed because the required photos necessary for authentication were not provided. The fact it's a classic bag has nothing to do with authentication. The specific markings we requested are fundamental identification points for Louis Vuitton items, and they are required by any reputable authentication service in order to render a reliable opinion. Without those images, the service cannot be performed. Our Terms of Service — which are agreed to prior to placing an order — clearly state that providing all requested photos is the responsibility of the customer, and that failure to do so is a circumstance outside of our control. We also reviewed our communication records carefully. We did not receive the multiple messages referenced. When asked, no documentation of those alleged contacts was provided, and the order message history confirms that no additional correspondence was received from the client. Despite the fact that the inability to complete the service was due to missing required information, we issued a full refund as a courtesy. We strive to be fair and transparent with all customers, and we encourage future reviews to accurately reflect the facts of the situation. Authenticate First

Rude owner that knows nothing. Infact this trustpilot of 1.8 should speak for itself.

Hello — We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way. Authenticate First has been in business since 2013 and has performed millions of authentications during that time for both individual clients and large organizations. As with any service-based business operating at scale, online review platforms often reflect a higher proportion of complaints than positive experiences, as customers are statistically more likely to leave feedback when they are dissatisfied rather than when services meet expectations. We take professionalism and accuracy very seriously, and our evaluations are performed by trained experts with specialized experience in luxury goods authentication. If you were a direct client and have a specific concern regarding a service, we would welcome the opportunity to review the situation and address it constructively. Our goal has always been to provide reliable expertise and support to our clients, and we remain committed to maintaining those standards. Authenticate First

Their authentication on my hermes bag was wrong. If this company truly cares about the service they provide then they would atleast make right of their mistakes but unfortunately this industry is too monopolised and money is too easy for them. They could care less about the consequences of their judgements. Stay clear from these people and dont throw your money away to them.

Hello — We take claims like this very seriously. Hermès is one of the most specialized categories in the authentication industry, and we work with an expert who is widely regarded as one of the strongest Hermès specialists in the field. While no professional service can claim absolute infallibility, the likelihood of an error in this category is extremely low given the level of expertise involved. We are also unable to locate any record of you contacting us directly regarding this concern. If you believe there has been an issue with an evaluation, we absolutely want the opportunity to review it. Responsible resolution begins with direct communication so that we can examine the documentation, photos, and order details involved. Please contact us directly with your order information so we can investigate and address the situation appropriately. Our goal is always to provide accurate evaluations and professional support to our clients. Authenticate First
