Spent 1200.00 on device. Lasted 3 years. Autel wants 900.00 to fix it. JUNK!

I have been a Autel customer for about 5 years, paying the monthly subscription of about $1300 pet year. Recently my Maxi-sys tablet had a problem which I had to send in for repair. They told me a 5-7 day turnaround time. It took them over a month to even look at it, then they tell me it’s not repairable and I would have to buy the upgraded version. Paid for a new unit, it’s been almost 30 days and still isn’t here. They also just informed me that the 3 months of my paid subscription that’s been active will not be credited back. Buyer beware this place does not value their customers

Don’t buy autel they now have to charge to go on manufactures portal to do things plus there subscription works out exspesive at 25 pounds a pop trust me don’t buy I’ve spoken to them about doing a dpf regeneration on a Audi a3 on the same car that I had done previously the message I got back we don’t understand how you did that I do there were no restrictions on my tool until the lawsuit was initiated upon them if you are a precessional don’t buy you are wasting your money these tools are only fit for the bin now

Köpte diagnostiseringsverktyg från Autel Sverige med försäkran om livstids fri uppdatering. Efter 3 år gick frodukten inte att uppdatera mer. Någon hjälp fick jag inte, hänvisade att köpa nytt verktyg. Aldrig mer Autel och aldrig mer Autel sverige som inte kunde hjälpa till. Hade jag kunnat lämna noll stjärnor i omdöme hade jag gjort det. Varnar framtida kunder, akta så ni inte blir lika lurade som mig.

I purchased this scan tool just to do little small jobs on my vehicles. Soon as my subscription was due, they lock my device where the only way I could use it is by paying them. Don’t buy any autel products.🥹 I wasted 700 bucks for the scan tool and I can’t even use it a harbor freight is working better than this junk!

Autel uk, extremely poor knowledge of the tools they sell also manager Danny Mitchell has no customer skills what so ever. Considering we purchased a maxisys ultra just over a year ago with 3 years extended warranty and already had to have a new head unit which they failed to diagnose

stay away from this product guys. They require the machine to be online and have to upgrade your machine for a fee every year to diagnose cars I've had to update in the past. In other words. you cannot use the machine that is an update to those mods previously. I have contacted Autel support. they say that I have to pay for a subscription every year to be able to use the diagnostic machine for various models even on older cars that were updated earlier. This is too bad. buy another diagnostic machine, I really regret buying this brand.

STACY WHATSAPP ASKED FOR MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS!!! I did not realise to use your Autel you HAVE to pay a yearly subscription - otherwise it’s useless. I messaged with Stacy via their WhatsApp chat line and she offers me a discount, once I’ve supplied my credit card details!! Then she deletes the messages and says she knows nothing and I must of been talking with another agent… when she’s the only WhatsApp agent. Do not buy these. Only good for a year and then £400 down the drain unless you renew £120 sub each year.
