If I could give zero stars I would. I have had encounters with their guards multiple times where they have dropped the location they are guarding because they'd rather protect their guards instead of taking accountability for their staff. Each situation the guard escalates the situation. One time they were my complex's security and their guard got so power happy that he shot someone on our property. Allied then dropped us as a client instead of holding the guard accountable. One time I was leaving a Walgreens and was followed out of the store and harassed by their guard and when I reported him I was told they don't have that location. Fun fact, Allied is used at EVERY Walgreens... Need I say more?

They think they are cops. They have no respect for the public, and they do not care about anyone's rights.

Dumb thugs.

Horrible place to work at for women they discriminate and harass. Uniforms are fitted but has malfunctions, they do not care about the people who work for their company and if they do not like you working there they will do random write ups to make it seem as though you don’t do your job correctly. They do not train you, supervisors and managers are very rude and disrespectful also lazy. If you are a woman do not work for this company they and if any problems arise I would tell you to call a lawyer. Their HR number does not work, even the people in the Home Office are lazy they don’t answer the front desk phone. Very horrible experience and I have worked for GardaWorld as well and can say they have much more class than Allied Universal.

Well I’m just going to put this out there I been trying to join the Allied team for awhile now gone down to West Palm Beach twice. I guess they just don’t want to hire me so I say they missed out on a very good employee. I don’t think I would work for them now anyhow after the treatment of not being acknowledged. It’s their loss there is a lot of companies out there that at least try to employ a person wanting to work for them. Shame on them !

This company is a joke, the officers are completely unprofessional and borderline unskilled. They do not show, posses and or understand in the slightest the meaning and or the constructs of crisis mitigations. They treat their officers in the field like crap and expect the same exact officers to perform to top tier levels all the while with zero direction and or support what so ever. Though they may be one of the largest names in the business and field but at what extent. DO NOT GO WITH THEM - - THEY ARE THE TRUE DEFFINITION OF A JOKE ---YOU WILL BOTH REGRET IT AND THANK ME FOR THIS.

There’s a security guard at the colorado springs utilities bldg.He should be fired for harassment. He’ll get right in your face and wanted to make a man leave a public bldg. paid for by tax payers. Since when is Allied security guards the judge and jury? He tried to grab him but he didn’t let him. Since when have security guards been allowed to put hands on you. This guy needs to be F I R E D. That was just wrong.

Learn your constitution before to try to provide security...
