I had an issue with an Auryvox VT80 record player and had to email the customer services dept. The communication regarding this was excellent and I provided videos of the fault as requested. They responded very quickly and issued a no quibble refund. This was pleasing as they also didn’t need me to send back the unit for checking . I can’t fault them at all and would highly recommend.

AuryvoxUK - Bought a vintage record player that never arrived. The international tracker does not reveal where the parcel was delivered. No email from the company since. I think this is a fraudulent company. Ships from China. Very poor.

Total scam - 1 star The turntable was marketed as “best in test”, but the product we received was very poor quality, some functions didn’t work and not as described. When we tried to use our right of withdrawal, the company demanded that we return the item to China at our own cost and risk, which was never clearly stated before purchase. They also failed to provide a cancellation form and only responded with automated copy-paste replies. Overall, this felt very misleading and unprofessional. I would not recommend buying from this company ever.

I ordered a Auryvox Heritage VT-80 record player for my daughter's birthday. The packaging wasn't great and it arrived with a dent out of the corner, as if it had been dropped in transit. I plugged it in and switched it on but the turntable didn't turn - it just didn't work. I sent photos and videos to Auryvox as requested, and they offered to send me a replacement. I said that I wanted to return the record player and get a refund, since I was concerned the same thing might happen in transit again. Since then, they have stopped replying to my emails and I have no further info about how to get a refund. Also, they misleadingly use the Trustpilot stars on their website - giving the impression they have 1000+ 4/5 star reviews, which I don't think they do. SCAM - AVOID - do not use
