I bought the Heritage Vt-80 as a gift for my boyfriend. The bright red color is amazing and it arrived quickly in great condition. We are beginners to record playing and this was a great place to start. Happy with my purchase, would definitely recommend.

Record player is faulty and they will not reply with return details, DO NOT BUTfrom these they are a scam ,£159 I spent wasted as I can get refund, they want me to waiver all my rights for refund and pay postage to return absolutely disgusting

Angebot zum Behalt des Kaufgegenstandes mit einer Rückerstattung von 5%-25% des gezahlten Kaufpreises. Nicht Nachhaltig. Insgesamt rate ich vom einem Onlinekauf bei Auryvox ab.

Overall the machine is great and customer service has been great too. Just a little slow to reply occasionally, but that may be due to email traffic. A worthwhile starter player for vinyl enthusiasts.

SCAM - DO NOT USE I ordered a vinyl player and it's been stuck in customs for 6 weeks. Since then, no communication. I am contacting the Dutch police to lodge an official complaint.
