I ordered the Auryvox Model VT-80 for my daughter's birthday. This model offers portability, built-in speakers, plus bluetooth and headphone outputs. The unit arrived in 8 days from China (with free shipping). We had some difficulty with the setup, especially with the bluetooth configuration. We reached out to customer service, who were very responsive in helping us to resolve our issues.

Item arrived with tracking updates so I could anticipate its arrival. Arrived in perfect condition and packaged with care. I had to clarify something with the company and they dealt with my queries quickly with professionalism. Would happily purchase from them again

The support team of Auryvox is quick and professional in it’s response when I experienced a challenge with operating and connecting the VT-80 record player!

Fast delivery and good customer Service. The sound of the recorder player is good for how small and handy it is. :-)

I bought the Heritage Vt-80 as a gift for my boyfriend. The bright red color is amazing and it arrived quickly in great condition. We are beginners to record playing and this was a great place to start. Happy with my purchase, would definitely recommend.
