The Skeletal approach of the Carbon…
Forgot to mention that their shipping was super fast. The Customer service and return policy is beyond industry standard and they definitely deserve kudos for that. But the Skeletal approach of the Carbon Fiber looks good on paper but it causes targeted pressure on the ball of foot causing pain. Hence an even distribution is better to not cause any pain. The Foam does not compensate for the thin pressure point. Hopefully they can improve down the road. It does look promising but long way to go.

Hi Ranjan! Our team just wrote you back via email shortly after you requested a refund. As an early adopter, of course, we've got you covered, and a refund has been issued. While 9 out of 10 users keep their AXA Super Insoles, it’s very useful for us to connect with users these weren’t a fit for so we can shoot for 10/10. That’s very interesting feedback we don’t get very often, and we hope you'll email us back with more details based on our list of questions. Some users have advised that they needed a break-in period because they aren't used to the style of stiffness, and the break-in period has varied from 24 hours to a few days. It’s also likely that your needs require another style that is a better fit. Wishing all of you the best! ***PS: Thank you so much for replying to our email with questions. Appreciate the extra information about your experience!
