Hi Ranjan! Our team just wrote you back via email shortly after you requested a refund. As an early adopter, of course, we've got you covered, and a refund has been issued. While 9 out of 10 users keep their AXA Super Insoles, it’s very useful for us to connect with users these weren’t a fit for so we can shoot for 10/10. That’s very interesting feedback we don’t get very often, and we hope you'll email us back with more details based on our list of questions. Some users have advised that they needed a break-in period because they aren't used to the style of stiffness, and the break-in period has varied from 24 hours to a few days. Hi Mike — thanks for giving our insoles a try. We’re proud that 9 out of 10 customers keep them, though we know super insoles aren’t the right fit for everyone. We’re actively working on expanding our range, including additional widths, to better serve more feet. The ultralight feel can be unexpected—these are among the lightest in their class—but they’re built with best-in-class, brand-name materials trusted by leading footwear brands. We chose to invest in premium materials and engineering even when it meant higher costs, because performance and comfort matter to us.
