This is outright fraud. Avoid. I tried the free trial and cancelled it as I didn't feel it was worth it. Unfortunately the company has now charged me, twice. They have no customer service and do not reply to emails. Avoid. They are criminals.

Try to cancel and they renew you for another year. $199 meanwhile on their app it say it’s $72. Another scam of a company

SCAM ! Thankfully my bank knew before i did and rejected the payment . As i was signing up for the FREE TRIAL having answered numerous questions to enable a personalised plan to be made ( or so they said) , all looked good and so i proceeded to authorise the free trial using Apple pay , on the basis that i would have a 7 day free trial period. However immediately on double clicking apple pay on my phone , i immediately received a message on my phone from my bank saying that a PAYMENT REQUEST of £9.99 had been rejected . No FREE TRIAL= SCAM . Beware !

Complete scam. I signed up for a 7 day trial and the company said they would advise me when that free trial ended. They did not. They took £97 from my account that I’m now having to get my bank to reverse. Do not trust this app. It wasn’t impressive anyway!

I tried it for a day or two and seemed like you could get the same quality online for free. I just wasn't impressed. I put the time frame for me to cancel on my calendar. They charged me before the time frame for the entire year and is refusing to refund me. I seriously had it less than a week.

After taking the 100 question test, it only offers to sell the test results for $1.95. Sure thing, that's reasonable. Then the test results come in.....just some bullshit AI that has canned responses. Then, you need to create an account, log in, click on your profile to see that you are about to be charged $39.95/mo for access to some more scammy AI wellness stuff. They say this is your "resource for personal growth and relationship enhancement." No thank you

ABSOLUTE SCAM Was charged nearly $200 for a service I did not agree to. I went for the free trial then get a receipt for $184.99 CDN this morning. Absolutely awful use of manipulating free trials with fraud like abuse. This is a $ scam, not a healing app and I want a refund. STAY AWAY!

I have been a customer for a few years and have to say my MAIN issue is with their Customer Service. Several times I've tried to get answers to my questions and instead get evasive responses. If I stated how I didn't feel valued as a customer, a lengthy prepared response would be sent with how Aura Meditation app truly values me. I just wanted an honest answer to my simple question. Not certain if they generate AI responses because they don't read English? Ellora was the CSR name given and this agent sent the strangest replies, never answering my original query. In fact, over 10 emails of communication back and forth only to get no resolution. On a side note, I found they consistently wanted monetary donations for their LIVE meditation sessions which is very sad since you pay an upfront hefty annual subscription fee. Don't they pay their meditation teachers/instructors????!!! They also give you a hassle when you request a refund for the automatic renewal annual fee at full price!! Beware! There are so many better meditation apps out there. This is truly a money grab and unethical company with shady business practices. Needless to say, I cancelled my subscription and will NOT be renewing it. Would have given 0 stars if it was possible. They have reviewed my concerns and provided needed staff coaching to ensure this doesn't happen again. I appreciate their kind offer and will see how the new subscription will work out and intend to update my review accordingly to help other users based on my personal experience.
