The customer service is as awful as the other reviewers have said. I've ordered a few times from this store over the past year without issue. Recently I ordered 1 bottle each of two scents. They shipped right out, no problem. Like 1 of the scents so much I got right back on and ordered two more bottles of that scent. Not backordered; --- in stock. I've ordered many times before and I know how updates on the order work. Nothing moved for a week. So, I reached out to customer service asking if they could check on the order. I received a response back stating that I should patiently wait for "multiple bottles" to ship (which is usually how I order, btw). Okay, waited till the next week - nothing. So I reached back out asking if they could again please check the order/status and see if something was "stuck". 10 minutes later I get an email saying my order was cancelled. No email back, nothing. I can see the scent is still "in stock" so this is just that delightful customer service they are known for being pissy. It's really gross.

Ordered Valentino which wasn’t that cheap at £60 . Took forever to arrive then when it it did it looked fake poor one at that . And it literally doesn’t smell of anything. Complete rip off sadly . And when you complain they just just around the fact they sold a fake

Crap. The LVM Aura Edition is a compete scam. My bottle arrived this afternoon, and the label was put on crooked with a bubble under it the box not wrapped in plastic, etc. buyer beware.

Aura fragrance fools you and say they ship, when they have not shipped the item and have you waiting for weeks blaming USPS when the items is still in pre-shipment. They are the worst. They then give you the run around and lie to you..

Please beware when purchasing from this company. They do not stand behind their products. When I became physically ill from the fragrances, 2, they would not give a refund for product. It was requested within the given time frame. The fragrances are very strong and caused burning of sinus and throat. Buyer beware.

Very bad. Bad customer service. Cheap perfumes (st-bruno de montarville, Quebec)

Purchased a fragrance from this site a while ago only to realize that it’s a knockoff.

Fake perfume + insulting from the store manager at st-Bruno (Québec) + can’t have refund + can’t get an exchange.. . So horrible.
