⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointed — this is NOT the Oud for Greatness I know I bought Oud for Greatness specifically because I already knew this fragrance and knew how powerful it was supposed to be. I smelled it on someone at work and could literally smell it from several meters away. That experience is exactly why I decided to buy my own bottle. Unfortunately, the bottle I received is completely different in terms of performance. The scent itself seems recognizable, but the performance is extremely weak. Almost no projection, very poor longevity, and after a short period of time I can barely smell it myself. Other people around me cannot smell it either. This is especially concerning because Oud for Greatness is known as a powerful, long-lasting fragrance. I did not buy it expecting a weak skin scent. If a retailer is selling fragrances that have been significantly diluted, reformulated, improperly stored, or otherwise compromised, customers deserve to know exactly what they are paying for. A low price does not justify selling a product that performs dramatically differently from the genuine fragrance experience consumers expect. Retailers should be very careful with this kind of situation. Selling a fragrance that has been excessively diluted or compromised can raise serious consumer-protection and product-quality concerns. I strongly recommend testing Oud for Greatness somewhere else before purchasing it here. My experience with this bottle has been extremely disappointing, and I would not purchase this fragrance from this retailer again. 1/5 — I expected the beast-mode Oud for Greatness I knew. This bottle is nowhere close.

I ordered two fragrances May 3rd for mothers day and they messed up my address I made multiple calls to USPS about this issue and nothing has happened Its been over two months with this issue

Broken package and customer service refuses to help. Do not use AuraFragrance.

I made an order a few weeks ago and it took forever to get to me. Whatever, I got a notification that he package was delivered two days ago and was very happy to finally be able to get what I ordered. I went to open the box only to find that the box was empty and there was no perfume bottle inside. I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times but not a single reply or anyone who has picked up the phone. I’m down $215 with nothing to show for it

I NEVER write reviews, but my experience with Aura has been so terrible, I must make a warning. A couple weeks ago, I ordered an affordable designer fragrance from them. It took quite a while to ship, but once the order finally said "delivered," I checked my lobby, mailbox, front door, etc. and couldn't find a package. I went to the USPS tracking site, and it said it was delivered to Houston, Texas. I live in New York City. I double checked my order and, of course, I had put in the correct address when ordering. So, a couple days ago, I emailed them to ask for a refund, and made an inquiry through their website. By today, when I saw no response, I called their number, and the lady who picked up said I have to wait FOUR days for a response. To me, that's unheard of, just like delivering to a completely different state is unheard of. I'm just going to make a dispute with my bank at this point. AVOID AURA, DON'T FALL FOR THE PRICES. Update: They got back to me via email, and told me that due to "company policy" they "do not re-ship orders or issue replacements." Not only that, but after acknowledging that they shipped to the wrong address, they told me I will have to wait for them to process the package at their facility before being issued a refund. If you make a mistake as a company and I don't receive the package and you can't even replace it, the least you can do is issue a refund immediately. TERRIBLE business practices. Update #2: They have now said it's USPS's fault that the fragrance got shipped to Houston, which I have some trouble believing. They reiterated their "no-reship/replacement" policy, which seems absurd, and makes me wonder if it exists so they don't have to pay shipping fees twice. Whatever the case, I will never purchase from Aura again.

I placed an order for 5 fragrances from Aura Fragrance, but only 1 out of the 5 items was actually shipped. Instead of quickly correcting the issue or issuing a refund for the missing products, customer service has made the process unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming. I understand that mistakes can happen with online orders, but the real problem is how the situation was handled afterward. I’ve had to repeatedly follow up, provide information multiple times, and jump through hoops just to try to get my money back for items they failed to send in the first place. Based on my experience, the pricing may look attractive, but the customer service and order resolution process have been extremely frustrating. I would strongly recommend being cautious when placing larger orders with this company.

Stay FAR FAR FAR AWAY!!!! they used to be legit, not anymore! Spent $130 with them and they sent me an empty box with packing paper in it. I sent proof of me opening it and they refused to help, kept hanging up on me, a girl on the phone said they don’t do customer service and that no one will help me at usps if I file so too bad, wtf!!! Do NOT shop here! I’m sticking to Jomashop, venba, fragrance net or fragrance naveah! Way more options than this POS company!

Aye man just dont do it. Ordered 3 colognes got sent nothing but a tiny box with brown paper inside. ik the price seems tempting but they are scammers listen to the reviews!
