As a non-profit organization staffed by parents and world travelers, we understand the value of strong support!We believe that childcare should be more than just a service—it should be an enriching experience that connects families with the world.Our program is a Department of State-designated sponsorship that connects qualified international au pairs with host families across the United States.Unlike traditional daycare or nanny services, the Au Pair program offers unparalleled flexibility. An au pair lives in your home and can provide up to 45 hours of care per week and up to 10 hours per day.

Our experience with Au Pair USA has…first class!
Our experience with Au Pair USA has been first class since we hosted our first au pair. They are very responsive and helpful. The placement specialists help in every way possible. They have pointed out things in potential au pair’s applications that I had missed, which was amazing. Can’t say enough great things about our local au pair coordinator either.

A wonderful investment
We have participated for over 4 years and the au pairs are incredibly caring. They are helping raise our kids to be bilingual with Spanish and English.

InterExchange is awesome!
InterExchange is awesome! The InterExchange personnel is very nice, easy to work with, easy to reach and ready to help! Our process for an AuPair was very smooth, not rushed and we are very glad we went with InterExchange to look for an AuPair! In addition they have a great selection of AuPairs! Highly recommend!
